Printer User Assist provides independent instructional support and troubleshooting for printers. We are not a printer manufacturer and are not affiliated with brands such as HP, Canon, Epson, or Brother. Our service is purely educational and instructional.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to solve all printer issues through expert guidance, technical problems vary by hardware age and condition. We cannot guarantee that every printer or issue can be resolved through instructional support.

3. Warranty and Liability

Use of our services is at your own risk. Seeking third-party support may impact or void your manufacturer's warranty. Printer User Assist is not liable for any damages, data loss, or mechanical failures that may occur while you are following our instructions.

4. Payment Terms

Under our "Pay After Completion" model, you agree to pay the agreed-upon fee once the instructional session has addressed the issue specified in your request. Unpaid invoices may result in the suspension of future support services.

5. Prohibited Use

Users may not use our services for any illegal purposes or to attempt to circumvent manufacturer security protocols beyond standard troubleshooting. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
